Welcome To Midtown Yoga
Midtown Yoga offers classes in a wide variety of yoga styles from various traditions. Each class is self contained, making it possible for students to begin at any time. Come with bare feet, clothing that permits freedom of movement, a basically empty stomach, and an open mind.
Please note that our schedule is subject to change. Inclement weather policy: classes are cancelled on an individual basis. Cancellations will be made no later than 1 hour prior to class start time. For the most recent updates, see our online schedule.

Notice: Midtown Yoga will be CLOSED August 4-8 for general maintenance and repairs. We will re-open Saturday, August 9th for all regularly scheduled classes. Affected month and 3-month passes will be extended an extra 5 days. Thank you for your patience and cooperation! Namaste.
