Expand your practice! This 4 week series led by Christy and Yo will deepen a beginner's awareness of alignment and introduce a flow or vinyasa practice that connects the body with the breath. Each class will include pranayama (breath work), relaxation with restorative techniques and time for discussion. With two instructors, there is opportunity for a more individualized experience.
This is a Foundation level class that meets at our Midtown Yoga Too location (816 S. Cooper @ Elzey)

Class size is limited to a maximum of 10 and a minimum of 6.
