Cyndi has worked as an intensive care nurse for 12 years and as a body worker using the Rolf method. The physical demands of these types of work and a long term relationship with back pain brought her to yoga. The physical practice of yoga has allowed her to open and find her strength while the mental practice of yoga continually allows the potential for peace and clarity. She relishes sharing the joys and possibilities of yoga with her students in a slow and easy style while encouraging them to start where they are.
