Lauren took her first yoga class at Midtown yoga in 2000. Since then, yoga has been an important part of her journey to reconnect with her body, and she deeply believes that yoga can heal on an emotional, spiritual and physical level. Lauren completed her 200-hour teacher training at Midtown Yoga in 2013. Her teaching has been described as “soulful,” and she is passionate about sharing the many gifts yoga has given her with her students.
