Amy Weintraub, MFA, ERYT-500, YACEP, C-IAYT, is the founder of LifeForce Yoga Healing Institute. She is the author of Yoga for Depression and Yoga Skills for Therapists and has been a pioneer in the field of yoga and mental health for nearly 25 years. The LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training offers certification for health and yoga professionals, and she presents workshops for every day practitioners internationally. She developed the LifeForce Yoga protocol, used in health care settings worldwide. She is involved in ongoing research on the effects of yoga on mood, edits a yoga and mental health research newsletter, and has produced an award winning library of evidence-based yoga and meditation CDs and DVDs for mood management.

Experience the power of LifeForce Yoga Nidra, a form of meditative self-inquiry that, while relaxing the body, opens the mind to greater self-awareness and the heart to love and acceptance of what is. This session includes a break from 1pm-2:30pm for lunch.
