Restorative yoga has been and still is a big part of her practice to restore and reset balance at every level.  Adelene believes that rest is not a luxury, it is a physiological need.  When the body is hungry, we feed our body with food.  When the body (and mind) feels depleted or stressed , it is a vital need to feed the body with rest...to relax and restore.
